Bruins Hockey Is Back
The Bruins kicked off their new season in late September, and October brings a full schedule of hockey to the tavern. There are several weeknight and Saturday home games throughout the month, including matchups against Ottawa, Utah, Philadelphia, Nashville, San Jose, and Chicago. A new hockey season always feels like a fresh start, and watching the Bruins with a plate of food and a cold drink in front of you is a good way to spend an evening.
Celtics Tip Off
The Celtics begin preseason play in early October before opening the regular season on October 20th in Detroit. Their home opener at TD Garden comes October 23rd against the Knicks. By late October, hockey and basketball are running side by side, and the tavern has the TVs to keep up with both.
Thursday Night Football
The Patriots have a full October schedule, and fans can join us at the tavern on Thursday, October 22nd when New England travels to Chicago for Thursday Night Football. It is a great excuse to come out on a weeknight, grab a seat at the bar, and watch the Pats with a full menu and cold drinks.
What a Season for the Red Sox
The 2026 Red Sox gave us one of the best turnarounds in recent memory. After a tough start to the season, they put together a run that got all of New England paying attention and earned a trip to the postseason. That kind of season is what makes being a sports fan in this town worth it, and it made for some great nights at the tavern along the way.
