Every once and awhile we like to highlight a hard working employee here at Bruno’s Restaurant & Tavern. This month we would like to highlight Kathy Asali Dall.
When Kathy first started at Bruno’s, she told owner Bob Napolitano that she could only commit to a year at most. That was ten years ago! Kathy tells us the enjoyment she gets working in a fast-paced kitchen is the main reason she has stayed all these years.
Kathy also credits the ‘family like’ atmosphere of Bruno’s as another reason she has been with our team for so long. She even refers to kitchen staff here as her ‘kids.’
Kathy has had the chance to try every dish we offer on our menu over the past decade. She says she can never get enough of the Penne Vodka – it’s her favorite dish.
When Kathy is not hard at work here in the bustling kitchen at Bruno’s, she can be found golfing and skiing. Kathy also enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She has three sons and two grandchildren.
We want to thank Kathy for all her hard work over the years here at Bruno’s! We’re glad she’s part of our family!
